After three days, the price of gold in the country's market fell further. Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has reduced the price of 22 carat gold by 1 thousand 750 taka to 98 thousand 210 taka.

Bajus said in a notification on Saturday (September 30) that the new prices will be implemented from Sunday (October 1).

According to the notification, the price of acid gold (pure gold) has decreased in the local market. As a result, the new price of gold has been fixed considering the overall situation.

According to the new price, the price of 22 carat gold per bar (11.664 grams) will be Tk 98 thousand 210. Apart from this, the price of 21 carat gold will cost 93 thousand 778 taka, 18 carat 80 thousand 364 per bag and the price of traditional method has been fixed at 66 thousand 961 taka.

Earlier on Wednesday (September 27), the price of gold, which had crossed Rs. At that time Bajus had reduced the price of 22 carat gold by 1 thousand 283 to 99 thousand 960 rupees.

Apart from this, the price of gold per 21 carat is 95 thousand 411 taka, 18 carat is 81 thousand 765 taka and the price of Sanatam system is 68 thousand 118 taka.

Before that, on August 24, the price of gold rose to the highest in the country's history. At that time, Bajus set the price of the best quality gold at 1 lakh 1 thousand 243 by increasing it by 2 thousand 216 taka. Apart from this, 21 carat gold is priced at 96 thousand 636 taka, 18 carat gold is priced at 82 thousand 814 taka and traditional gold is priced at 69 thousand 50 taka. This price is effective from 25 August.

U
